Following the demise of Flybe a new interim carrier for Isle Of Man service is Loganair. Long term arrangements are under negotiation.

A number of scheduled services have already resumed, albeit on a limited basis and subject to various Government requirements (UK and destinations) .
Loganair - Isle of Man
easyJet - Belfast
Wizzair - Budapest and Varna
Other services are due to start in the near future - Ryanair to Alicante & Malaga in the coming week. Other airlines are planning to start various routes over the next few weeks.
Liverpool Airport have put out a statement to give some explanation of measures that will be in place:
