Spotted an Arriva Plaxton bodied dart being towed up St Helens road from Ormskirk towards the M58 about 10:30 this morning by a red tow wagon. The dart appeared to have parts missing presume it had come from Southport and was on its way to PVS? Anyone know which one it was? Thanks.

Credit to Arriva Southport Facebook Page it was 2343 as someone got a photo of it being towed out the Depot

For anyone who does not have Facebook 2345 Arrived here Yesterday for Driver Refresher Dutys! At least they are getting use out of the Tax and MOT that both expire in 2016

2345 made it out into service today, seeing use on the 43/46.

The refurbishment of Pulsar 3033 has been completed. It is seen here at St Helens before being driven back to Canning Road:-

Great photos Kev. That really does look very smart indeed - top marks to the guys at the St Helens bodyshop for that. One thing in particular I think is good about the refurbishment is that not only have the passenger seats been upgraded to dual purpose e-leather - but the driver's seat has been upgraded as well - which is excellent in my view. I'm looking forward to sampling one in the future

Most drivers prefer a fabric seat I believe, less sweaty!! I do find it somewhat ridiculous however that the refurbishment of these vehicles is being prioritised ahead of other vehicles such as Cadets, Commanders and younger Pulsars.
