RE: Halton Transport - MPTE1955 - 02/02/2020 19:17 No real need for change with the former Halton 61 returning to original route the two don't stop in the same place and only cross briefly at Queen's Drive. The Aigburth 61 is also now 61A for part of the day during the week. RE: Halton Transport - trixmax2000 - 06/02/2020 16:38 Been told today evan with Halton as going into liquidation the public enquiry will still take and company and directors ect will still have to attend it. And they could still be disqualified from holding a directorship and have there CPC suspended RE: Halton Transport - johnluke - 06/02/2020 17:05 To be honest if disqualification was to happen itwouldn't make much difference as they dont intend to start up again RE: Halton Transport - SK15 GZG - 06/02/2020 17:28 (06/02/2020 17:05)johnluke Wrote: To be honest if disqualification was to happen itwouldn't make much difference as they dont intend to start up again It would make a difference. They'd be disqualified from directorship of any company RE: Halton Transport - johnluke - 06/02/2020 18:19 Of coarse but they probably would get other jobs within halton council unrelated to managing transport as they wont be applying for another operating licence RE: Halton Transport - T42 PVM - 06/02/2020 18:36 (06/02/2020 18:19)johnluke Wrote: Of coarse but they probably would get other jobs within halton council unrelated to managing transport as they wont be applying for another operating licence The people in question where employed to run Bus Operations and will be on the search for other jobs like that RE: Halton Transport - johnluke - 06/02/2020 18:44 Of course but would you employ someone to manage your bus company from which they wont have a good cv |
