RE: Avon Buses - busdude - 18/04/2013 22:43 Anybody know how to make a complaint to Avon Buses? A Facebook page is free and there's a massive market available once online and expanding. It takes no time at all to create. Still, many companies seem to miss such a good opportunity...! According to "http://www.thetimenow.com/united_kingdom/birkenhead/buses_and_coaches-213/avon_coaches-594318": "Phone* 0907 018 0011 *Calls cost £1 per minute. Connection number by Maloussi valid until 23:56. Requires bill-payer's permission. The Time Now helpline: 0203 195 3446" Hope this helps! :-) RE: Avon Buses - busdude - 18/04/2013 23:12 (18/04/2013 22:53)3111 Wrote:(18/04/2013 22:43)busdude Wrote: Anybody know how to make a complaint to Avon Buses? The one thing that lets Avon down is the lack of being able to contact them. Thank you I Completely agree with the facebook suggestion, best way to advertise and gives customers the chance to comment on their services. Definatley wont be giving them a call if it costs £1 a minute Avon are just a poor excuse for a bus company i must say (personal opinion) RE: Avon Buses - motormayhem - 19/04/2013 04:22 Thsys why they most probally have that phone numberso that anyone thay looks thinks twice about phoneing because of the charge. This is coming from myself having Facebook and Twitter pages for my bus blog, it receives social interactions day and night sometimes, I can't imagine having to take telephone calls as well as e-mail enquiries on top of them. I've found that I certainly can't always be online tending to queries and generally I operate as part of a team of three to deal with social interactions, so I can understand why some companies have either by choice or due to funds haven't switched on to the social media world.
