RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot - 4204 - 14/09/2013 16:37 was on 2908 before on 413 to Woodside, plenty of kickdown in it, smooth ride also RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot - R879 HRF - 14/09/2013 16:38 A change of some form is definitly needed now, especially now there is no layover space on Crosshall Street. As has been mentioned quite often cross river services can be seen driving round in circles during layover due to the lack of layover space. I know a couple of drivers at Birkenhead garage and both agree. It seems a bit pointless investing in hybrids to help save the planet but then have them pointlessly polluting the place as they drive round the city with nowhere to park up! I suppose we should probably get back to topic, but hopefully some people in high places will see these suggestions and sort something out! RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot - R557 ABA - 16/09/2013 20:55 I've been after a photograph of a 487 with the unusual two line destination display "Little Neston & Parkgate" for a while now, finally this evening I managed to get a couple of shots on them workings with MX12 KWD. RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot - M393VWX - 19/09/2013 12:24 2432 went onto the 423 in the evening RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot - H101GEV - 19/09/2013 14:57 (19/09/2013 12:24)M393VWX Wrote: 2432 went onto the 423 in the evening Cadets are regulars on the evening 423s - it's usually a combination of these, Pulsars and the occasional decker. RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot - N301 CKB - 27/09/2013 20:43 The Hybrid's have finally started gaining stickers advertising the free Wi-Fi on board, seen them on the offside before the advert and on the rear opposite the back window. RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot - SNL 824 - 27/09/2013 20:59 Hey at last a post on the thread - it's been a really boring week at LS. Is that the longest without a post on this thread? Is that the longest without a post on this thread? As a 50 year fan of Laird Street buses - I worked there nowhere near long enough - I love to find out what's going on.
