It would've been Connect, as Go North East only have 'Nexus Bus' branded Solo SR's, no Solo's.

What's more, the Go-Ahead examples have Go North East fleetname and moquette albeit on Nexus livery. I rode one 2 weeks ago as highlighted last weekend.

Does anyone know how many Go North East vehicles are left in the old livery? The only one I currently know of is Deptford-based SPD Y558KUX.
