I believe so, from what I gather it went around the depots, drivers would give their sizes downstairs and the correct size uniform would be thrown down a shute from upstairs

Was 4526 involved in an RTC at some point within the last few months? The front has been completely redesigned with black headlamp covers and Arriva logo on the front removed. I like the new front for some reason, probably because the black headlight covers give it some similarity to a Gemini 3.

I don't think "redesigned" is the right word really
However to answer your question the light surrounds are black because they're stock replacement parts

I'm pretty sure another hybrid had an RTC (can't remember which) whilst 4526 was long term off the road waiting for a replacement engine. As a result 4526 donated front end parts to the damaged one to avoid waiting for parts to arrive.
So yes it did get a new front end, with black stock coloured light surrounds but only because its own front end is running around on another hybrid !

From the Arriva NW FB group, 2903/4/5/9 are off to Wythenshawe tomorrow, with Commanders 2625-2628 coming to Laird Street in exchange.

This one was involved in an rta and needed a new front end.
It could possibly be the start as one is saying hybrids are to be done now but someone else is saying the old livered pulsars still need to be done.

You would think that they would to get the remaining pulsars that still have the really old livery done first wouldn't you.
