I spoke to someone at merseytravel about these changes today and apparently these were the dates the traffic commissioner told them they could withdraw the services after the 56 days notice had passed.
So they should be running until the 4th October.

According to my notes the last 47 that was in service was on the 4th of August, which is 2 months before the cancellation date, im not to sure when the 15 and 16 stopped running though...

Planned changes between 6 - 12 October
Update - the following service changed on 23 September:
319 (St Helens - Ormskirk) run by South Lancs Travel
Two extra Monday to Friday buses were introduced, running during Edge Hill University term times only - departing St Helens at 0800 and travelling to Ormskirk and from Ormskirk at 1550 travelling to St Helens.
The following services are changing on 6 October:
4 (Maghull circular) run by ACE Travel
This service will be withdrawn.
5 (Maghull circular) run by ACE Travel
The times will be changed and buses will no longer run as a circular – they now run between Lydiate and Maghull station and between Maghull station and Lydiate.
11 (Liverpool – Old Swan) run by ACE Travel
Some morning buses to Liverpool will be extended to start at Stockbridge
Village and some afternoon buses from Liverpool will be extended to finish at Stockbridge Village. The times will be changed.
81/881 (Bootle – Speke or Jaguar Land Rover Factory) run by ACE Travel
Route 881 buses from Speke to Bootle will be withdrawn, so as a result, the Monday to Friday evening Route 81 buses will be retimed.
101 (Walton – Vauxhall circular) run for Merseytravel by HTL Buses
The service will be operated for Merseytravel by Cumfybus. The route and the times will remain unchanged.
111 (Alder Hey Hospital – Whiston Hospital) run for Merseytravel by Peoplesbus
This new Monday to Friday daytime service will be introduced by Merseytravel, with funding from the Department for Transport’s Local Sustainable Transport Fund.
Running every hour during the daytime, the service links Alder Hey with Stockbridge Village, Prescot and Whiston Hospital.
123 (Kirkby - Fazakerley) run for Merseytravel by HTL Buses
The service will be operated for Merseytravel by Peoplesbus. The route and the times will remain unchanged.
130 (Dingle – Old Roan) run for Merseytravel by ACE Travel

The 2350 bus run by Stagecoach will be withdrawn. (The bus run by ACE Travel will remain unchanged.)
990/991/992/993 (Kirkby circulars) run for Merseytravel by ACE Travel
All four services will be operated for Merseytravel by HTL Buses. Route 990 and 991 buses will be retimed. The 1416 992 bus which diverts via James Holt Avenue, will now do so on all Mondays to Fridays, not just schooldays.
J1/J2/J3/J4/J5 (Buses to Jaguar Land Rover Factory) run for Merseytravel by Arriva
These five services, which were funded by the Department for Transport’s Local Sustainable Transport Fund, will be withdrawn.

Who are WCM that have taken the 150 from Ace? Looks like there is no replacement for the 4 either quite a lot of losses for Ace there.

Have been told by an Ace travel driver that merseytravel are reintroducing route 234 to replace the soon to be withdrawn Ace travel route 4 and it looks like the 234 will be operated by cumfybus.
