I remember this happening when I was trying to get GHA's X36 service from Liverpool Airport. After 2 hours of waiting, it was lucky that an Arriva worker was able to inform me that they had cancelled the service a week before the VOSA cancellation was due to come into effect. There were no notices around to indicate that the service had been cancelled, and the timetable was still showing. Hope similar experiences don't happen to willing passengers of the 47! Very poor if this has happened without giving the necessary notice. RE: Impera Bus & Coach - MPTE1955 - 05/08/2013 17:56 This is just a really poor way to do things, the public will vote with their feet if Impera continue to do this sort of thing and will stick to the other companies in the area, they should seem to chop and change all of the time. Obviously they will have their reasons for the constant changes in service but its still a poor reflection on the company. Sadly there were many people waiting for over an hour in Birkenhead Bus Station myself included last night for the 47, I really can't say I'm impressed, yet again I can't say I'm surprised seeing as they've done the same thing to other routes they had in the past. RE: Impera Bus & Coach - YN05 WKE - 06/08/2013 10:39 Now that 2568 is back on the 98 does this mean the Enviro200 will go back to the rental company RE: Impera Bus & Coach - busdude - 08/08/2013 12:00 According to merseytravel no buses will be serving the Beechwood estate until further notice due to a police incident. This includes Impera's 98 service. http://www.merseytravel.gov.uk/travel-updates/Pages/default.aspx |
