2 Sapphire Enviro400's on the 11 today, with one of them been 4554, don't know what the other one was.

Guessing that's 4142 - S282JUA finally being taken away from Rhyl after being stored there for many months.

4142 is untaxed so it will be for scrap

Odd thing was it looked like there was a Driver in the Bus Cab as all the Wheels where on the Floor it was just getting dragged, The Battery was switched on as the Dests where showing not in Service

If it was a red tow truck then likely PVS I suspect
