Possibillity of chester keeping 4187 and 90 is high and 88 is always having engine problems. Meaning 2 deckers in bangor im guessing isnt sufficent. ARRIVA Midlands have some Lowlanders off service and in store with the remaining expected to follow due to new Enviro400 entering service between Thurmaston and Wigston so would not be surpriseed if more move west long term. I guess time will tell! However saying that some have already moved to Yorkshire and some to the Shires (Midlands managed part). To clarify the above, the batch of Enviro400s is split between Thurmaston & Wigston depots, the actual service isn't between the two. Hope you don't think I'm nit picking! Regards Pete. RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Bangor Depot - cx04axy - 02/08/2016 17:01 62c and 62a need 2 deckers 544 and 545 need another two deckers 543 is a solo so bangor realistically need 4 deckers in service with 1 spare when the september school abd college term start and sometimes the 62 service a pulsar aint big enough. Its shockingly in the last 8 yrs when only mpd's use to operate this route how bus it has got RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Bangor Depot - trixmax2000 - 02/08/2016 19:43 (02/08/2016 15:04)pete tierney Wrote: To clarify the above, the batch of Enviro400s is split between Thurmaston & Wigston depots, the actual service isn't between the two. there are not many of the Midlands Lowlanders spare now they have been split between The Shires plus Yorkshire and Southern Counties a few have been kept back to cover GHA work around Shropshire RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Bangor Depot - cx04axy - 03/08/2016 17:33 3177 on trial on the 62 around cemaes bay and slight variations on the 62 in amlwch outstation. The service in the evening does a shorter version Amlwch through to Cemaes. Apprently the pulsar 2's are slightly wider. And most importantly the corner by Amlwch post office RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Bangor Depot - Depotosw - 30/08/2016 13:24 Obs noted of this small outstations via sampling the Open Top, 3T service between Porthmadog and Pwllheli: 2482 CX04 AXZ, S97 Porthmadog - Pen-y-Pass 2659 CX07 CUW, 3 Pwllheli - Porthmadog 3991 S288 JUA, 3T Pwllheli - Porthmadog The open top runs were doing very well over the day with particular mention for the 14:15 ex Porthmadog carrying a near full load on the top, it however displayed route 3 opposed to 3T at times in the day. Very nice to also see there was a route 3 day ticket priced at £4. Hope of interest Chris.
