Well im telling you information that gets passed onto me from Wrexham them self, technically speaking them Solo SRs should of never gone to Winsford from Wythenshaw anyway they were actually suppose to go to St Helens with the rest of the batch to displace older vehicles but didn't so i cant see them having a problem with us having the ones at Winsford.

That would leave Green Lane ten vehicles short with the replacement of the 27 Pulsars - an idea perhaps is that any X-reg Darts currently stored out of service could re-enter traffic to temporarily replace any Solos that leave St Helens or Winsford until new stock arrives to replace those. Just a thought!

So what your saying is dump more junk in st helens with the other 30 buses that will already need replacing which will put st helens back to where it started.

It's a tough one to guess at the moment but the Solos rumoured to be moving to Wrexham could be from Winsford instead of St Helens so anything could happen. I think it's best to wait and see what happens and go from there

If any do move it would most probally be from winsford as it would make more sense to take them from there.

Although i didnt say WILL be from St Helens, i said St Helens or Winsford because they are the only places that has SR's.

Yeah I agree. Winsford have recently received darts. Wrexham are in need of buses. Mind you its most welsh depots. Rhyl could do with some as sapphires have been on rhyl locals and there was a max on the 35 due to bus shortage.

I was told the original plan for when st helens got the deckers was that some solo sr would be going but that changed as they wanted 2701-10 to go to green lane.

Rhyl do not need buses at all. On odd occasions you may find a unbranded sapphire on locals or a unbranded MAX on Chester (and very rare a 35 or 36) but there are two spare sapphire and MAX buses to cover for Inspections and MOT's etc. When there are no Inspections and very little off the road the unbranded buses can be used on whatever route it's needed to operate, it does not mean Rhyl are short of buses! Once runs start getting dropped on a regular basis that's when they are short of buses.
