Now confirmed on their website that a return is £7.20, although until the end of the month, it will cost £7 if you pay with contactless payment.

Optare Versa 236 YJ16DWC strayed onto the 1 route to Bolton on Tuesday. First time I've seen one of these on it and it looked very smart.

Apologies if there is already a thread for Transdev Burnley, I looked back but could only find reference to Blazefield N/W which I suppose is technically out of date.
Anyway, does anyone know if all the new Versa's 264-273 are now in service? I have picked up on photo's of some of them on the flicker links from Bus Lists on the Web.

The new Versas entered service yesterday morning.

They're actually 244-73, as there are 30 in the batch, and yes they began operating on the 'Mainline' on Sunday. The last one (273) is in Burnley Bus Company colours and carries appropriate branding, however it hasn't yet ventured out in service.
