Think SN may refer to the member of VOSA/Traffic Commissioner's staff who processed the paperwork. The main part of the registration to read into is the amendment which in this case is the route and timetable which translates as route and timetable changes.

'SN' is an abbreviation of 'short notice' - it's for anything that is accepted at less that the statutory 56 days.

I'm guessing these Arriva Route revisions have something to do with the fact that the next phase of the work at Altrincham Bus Station start next month with the main concourse being closed and stands moved to various places in Town Center
