Solo 705 now staying at gaw end lane I understand. Also 3311 had to be towed in, so probably in need of some tlc before it is fit for service

Solos 701 - 708 on locals in macc this morning with 709 spare on the depot

What service was 705 on? I was out and about all day in Macc as went to the footballl, but didn't see it in service.

The depot at Macc must be unique in that the depot yard is a public footpath which runs
straight through it,unless anyone knows different

Is,nt there a similar situation at Caego {Wrexham} where a public footpath runs by the top of the depot?

At Macclesfield do they ever put any of the buses in the shed or are they all kept outside

All Macclesfield local services were in the hands of the new Solo SR's including the returnee from the Olympics (705) on Saturday. Therefore, not surprised to see the last three MPDs at Gaw End Lane outstation each labeled NotForService when I popped-up this afternoon.

The shed can only really fit-in 2 or 3 vehicles, and as all major repairs are done at Winsford rarely any need to keep a vehicle undercover over night.
