Didnt look like a big bump, hope all ok. RE: Aintree Coachline / Helms of Eastham - R879 HRF - 06/06/2012 23:11 Shame about 202, loved that bus if and when it turned up on the 358. Not bad once it got going, very rough sounding, uncomfy seats... but loved it! Former London Suburban bus (aka Liverbus), MTL London and Metroline, so quite close to home really being MTL etc! Such a shame, Luke. RE: Aintree Coachline / Helms of Eastham - thomasl1231 - 07/06/2012 00:49 Are any of the Dennis Arrows still 'alive' with them? I've heard that they've got some, but whether they're still going or not I don't know! :P RE: Aintree Coachline / Helms of Eastham - R879 HRF - 07/06/2012 11:34 Yep they venture out sometimes, there was one on the 359 the other week because Mr Cherrys personal president decided not to work.. I see the aintree ones out often on hires though, so yes they still exist. I had one on a school service a year or so back, the worst arrow ive ever been on! RE: Aintree Coachline / Helms of Eastham - P450 SWX - 07/06/2012 12:31 Has one of the Arrows got LED's and the same back as the LWB palatine 2's from MTL RE: Aintree Coachline / Helms of Eastham - clarkethomas94 - 07/06/2012 17:28 the volvo b6s are in my opinion sheds. everytime i see them they are smoky, loud, rough and i feel sorry for the passengers. RE: Aintree Coachline / Helms of Eastham - CX54 DKD - 07/06/2012 18:02 I don't think it's been mentioned but the Enviro400 that came from Ensign has now been painted and looks pretty smart in my opinion! http://www.flickr.com/photos/tempo0701/7342824850/ (Photo Credit Dan Jones) |
