The 40 is ran on behalf of Merseytravel and Cumfy Bus has been operating it for years so I dont see why Merseytravel will just give to Arriva

Remember Cumfybus are letting all of their remaining tenders expire and are no longer bidding for any so there is a good chance it may go to a different operator when it does expire.

Was cycling past the Aintree depot earlier this afternoon and noticed it's now up for sale, with an asking price of £1.2 million.
