Ive spotted 10810 (orange one) at Liverpool Road before 5pm, heading to Rock Ferry I believe it, Destination Blind Sorry Not in the Service. All the light were out.

10810 was on 2s earlier (Chester Working) could have been running dead to start service on a 2 or X8 from Ellesmere Port ... who knows

Was 10810 replaced by X8 branded 27778 which was on the 2 this afternoon as was 28544 from RF

I'm happy to be contradicted, but it would seem that Arriva's subcontracting of peak hour Rail Replacement services to Stagecoach is not necessary and the MMC's are simply sitting around doing nothing most of the time. If this is the case, the P+R MMC's should be moved on to their original intended depots and spare GM MMC's could be used on the 2, X8.
