YJ59 GHA has also gone to Yorkshire Tiger: https://www.flickr.com/photos/bunny400/31347686454/

I wonder if YJ59 GHD/GHF might head that way as well.

That looks pretty smart, how any vehicles of the ex GHA fleet have still to find new homes??? Seems they're ending up all over the place.

Not surprising really given how mixed their fleet was and the fact the buses weren't put up for sale until most of the GHA replacement contracts had started.

Noted close to Waddicar near Aintree on the 345 route in a yard with some blue deckers with what appears to be R371 DJN from the bodywork and livery. There were two possible ex GHA vehicles but cannot be certain from view point. Any ideas anyone?

Thank you, that sounds the operator with the blue livery. Would be interested to know what the toher two possible ex GHA buses were in the yard, I only got a quick glimpse as passing on the 345 route. The one I certain on was R371 DJN from the bodywork and livery from a distance.

There is a comment on these photographs indicating R226 HCD is now (or going to be) with Ellenvale Coaches in Cumbria

Administrators Progress Report

I have been made aware that the Administrators have produced a progress report.

A copy can be downloaded from the Companies House website - LINK

There is also a copy on my website - LINK

A few interesting points :-

There appears to be a dispute as the ownership of Unit 10 at Ruabon which may still belong to a 'former director'.

Unit 11 belongs to the subsidiary Bryn Melyn Limited

Nearly £1.4 million was raised during the four auctions but the net amount was less than £.9 million.

Whilst preferential creditors (redundancy payments, holiday pay, unpaid pension deductions) are likley to be paid in full it appears that the unsecured creditors may only be paid at 3p in the pound.

It appears that the costs of the Administration to date have been some £0.8 million with nearly half of that in fees to the Administrators and the other half in retained staff costs, site security, professional and legal fees, insurance etc.

An interesting recorded payment was ransom payments of £1,183.97 and another payment was recorded as a Director's settlement of 0.11p

I have a website which looks at the bus and coach operators in North East Wales. There are current fleetlists for all operators and most have a full historic fleet list.
Included are current depot fleet lists for Arriva Cymru. There are also a number of ceased opertators with historic fleet lists including the GHA Group
The address and a link is www.Ronsbusesandcoaches.com
