It was always the case that the heritage service was going to play second fiddle to the Flexity but to treat the service like this is nothing short of a disgrace given the prices charged on the service.

Just hope the vintage tram output improves for the illuminations when the Heritage/Illumination tours are supposed to be every 10 minutes at the busiest times.
