RE: Warrington's Own Buses
That would seem to be perfect explanation - certainly a better reason than most operators p***ing time and money away on re-registrations. |

Caught the 19 on Friday, Leigh-Warrington, was 10 late arriving in Leigh on the incoming journey, ended up 20 late on arrival at Warrington this was lunchtime not in the peak, big bottleneck is the Winwick Interchange, took 10 minutes getting through there, not sure if it's feasible to install a bus lane around there & on the roundabout, the Arriva 329/360 & Link Network 329, have the same problems going through there. RE: Warrington's Own Buses
Unless the road is widened a bus lane would surely increase the amount of general traffic by taking up a lane. |

You sit in your car at a standstill for ages, and watch a procession of half empty buses move smoothly up the inside. This encourages you to leave your car at home.and switch to public transport in future. Or not. |

RE: Warrington's Own Buses
In fairness, there are 7bph going over that roundabout each way so I think it is somewhat justified. It isn't like there are a few buses per hour 7bph is a lot really. Compared to how much some bus lanes get in the UK, 7 is quite good. |

Or if your really in a hurry your free to use a bus lane but expect to be ambused by a heavy fine like my friend has done. |
