RE: Vision Bus
You sure about that as they seem to have had YJ14BCU since last year at least and it came from Stuarts of Carluke. |

RE: Vision Bus
YJ14BCU left Vision two or three weeks ago to Machynlleth. YJ14BCO and YJ14BEU went last week. All three came to Vision from Stuarts of Carluke in 2019. |

RE: Vision Bus
Looking at the fleetlist on Lloyds of Machynlleth website it's interesting to see that they also have sister solos YJ14BCV / BCX and Versas YJ14BCY and BCZ. All four were new to Lloyds in 2014. So the addition of the three from Vision (which are listed as joining the fleet in June 2021 and currently being prepared for service....which confirms the above posts) is more of a family reunion than a fleet upgrade. |

FSE is one of several vehicles being offloaded in the fleet upgrade that seems to have been taking place at Vision over the last couple of months. And there's more to come and go according to the driver I spoke to. |

RE: Vision Bus
Changes to the tendered 521 timetable from next week will hopefully improve the delays often caused by queuing traffic in Westhoughton and near Bolton Hospital. Little Gem (Goodwins) tried to get that timetable changed and, IIRC, Cumfybus before them. Seems like TfGM have finally accepted the issue? I've also heard a story that Vision are going to run a new route (tendered? commercial?) linking Bolton to Logistics North and Farnworth. It sounds like that would crossover with the tendered 521 and possibly Diamonds 20 route. I've not seen any DVSA registrations and there's nothing mentioned in the TfGM service changes page/thread so it might not be true or might not be happening for a while. |

Replacing PG04WGP, PG04WGY and a third double decker that have been sold to Warrington's Own Buses. A few other older double deckers have/are leaving the Vision fleet too. Two of the new deckers are tracking as LK58EDP and EDR (CZS is showing as LK58EDR) so not sure if these 58 plates have joined the fleet or not. Dennis Dart LX06 EZV and Optare Solo KX06 TYF have been withdrawn due to reaching the 15 year age limit for contracts, although may possibly still be used for staff shuttle/meal break/route training vehicles. Enviro 200s LK07 BDU and YX11 AEM are withdrawn (temporarily or permanently) due to accident damage after RTC incidents in December and January. |
