2023 Cascade
Rather than clog the Birkenhead thread, may be it is worth noting on this one the effect off transfers and withdrawals created from the closure of Winsford and Macclesfield plus the loss of Bolton later on this year through the TfGM franchising plan.

As an estimate this should release around 72 vehicles for cascade or withdrawal.

First movements reported are the transfer of 4102, 4106 and 4107 from Winsford to Chester.
Also reported are Arriva Midlands 3761/2 YJ61FEO/P VDL SB200/ Wright Pulsar from their Oswestry depot to replace Optare Verses 998 and 999 at Chester

Hydrogen Enviro400 City SK23CWV has been noted on delivery to St. Helens.

I presume 998/9 will move to Wrexham for the 2 service to Oswestry?

They could be getting swapped out to the Midlands fleet and end up in Telford as they are 2 Versas short. Wait and see I suppose.

Been told they are going to Shrewsbury as they have no Pulsar's wi5h 2 extra Pulsur moving from Midlands go to Wrexham
