3 of brand new Iveco Ilesbuses are due here by the end of this month. The Ilesbus demonstrator RV22 DMY was on a test/demonstration run today in Caernarfon this afternoon.

Registrations confirmed of the 3 new Iveco's being RV73 FUA RV73 FUT RV73 FTZ with one arrived in Deniolen since last week with the other two to go. In other news their Yutong TC9 YJ16 UTK has recently left from Dilwyns.

What routes are the Ivecos due to operate? Is it the new Gwynedd tenders?

One entered service since yesterday on C1/C2/C6 being RV73 FUT, other two to arrive in Deniolen Wednesday tomorrow I am told.

So likely Caernarfon routes they will probably be doing.

The Caernarfon Tenders were changed route numbers since the beginning of July as the 92 now C1, 93 now C2, 92A now C3, 1N now C4, 1F now C5, 91 now C6, S3 round Bethel and Llanrug now C7 on a school day, The 1F and 1N were up for tenders and one was now won by Gwynfors as C4 and Dilwyns won as C5.

From the 6th November The Caernarfon contracts are being renumbered from C to G as the G stands for Gwynedd, full list of the routes so far happening from that day.

G1 Caernarfon - Maes Barcer
G2 Maesincla - Hendre
G3 Caernarfon - Cae Gwyn
G4 Caernarfon - Nantlle (Mon to Sat service will be ran by Gwynfors)
G5 Caernarfon - Nebo
G6 Caernarfon - Dinas Dinlle.
G7 Caernarfon - Bethel - Llanrug - Caernarfon (Should come to affect as its being a school service)

So instead of having a nice little town network and it having the nice Caernarfon Clippa brand etc, let's ruin the local identity and show off what the council funds. What a stupid change made for completely the wrong reasons.

Having read up on a newsletter that the following Sunday services are deregistered until the 17th March.
It seems that Dilwyns wont be touching Bangor after that date.

9C Bangor - Tesco
67 Bangor - Bethesda - Gerlan
85C Bangor - Deiniolen

The Monday to Saturday 67 still continues to ran by Arriva as they since stopped running up to Gerlan.
