21004/7 are officially in service, though all of 21003-5/7 do venture out in service. |

According to the January 2013 BUSES magazine a few had been reinstated. 21004/7 are the only ones in service out of the 4 ME have,21004 covering for 22823 as it is awaiting an engine, 21003/5 are parked up amongst the B10Ms that got withdrawn after the Enviro300s came back from the olympics. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jonesy3001/ If it's not in london they dont want to know |

RE: Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
22274 I'm guessing, since 22269 is already here. Could be 22260 as well though. Manchester does have plenty MANs in reserve - fewer for the moment while Wigan is sorted - but these are S/T reg. The ones at Preston are V (22260) and X (22274) reg. |

RE: Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
Carlisle today about 12.20 - B10Ms were out and about - passed by the bus station and 20219 P219HBD was parked with 685 Newcastle on its display - later saw it at The Sands Brampton just before 17.00 on its way back to Carlisle having done a Newcastle round trip. 20960 R960XVM came and went on 38 Silloth 20456 departed Not in Service and a few minutes later was heading out of Carlisle showing 9 Crossgate - presumably the 12.30 94 departure. ex Manchester S reg MAN was having its cooling system topped up with copius amounts of water. Also since New Year I have only seen 3 Arriva 685 workings in Brampton and none have been the regular R-KRG reg coaches 1201-1205 - one was the usual V reg substitute (1206), one V reg 1212 branded Coast and Castles and one V or W reg service bus. So I wonder whether the S reg Stagecoach coaches and the R reg Arriva coaches are now becoming near end of life for the 685 route and service? |

Arriva's R reg's are being (or have been) withdrawn and replaced with the V reg's. The sheds are staying here for a while yet but 52626 and 52629 keep breaking down so B10's and even Dart's are getting on 685 more than they should be. |

Last Thursday morning, I saw 20960 and 52629 both on the 38 Silloth, 20944 on the 600 Cockermouth and 20219 on the 79 Dumfries. The S-reg MANs seem to be confined to City services now - not too far from the garage! |
