Apologies if this info has been reported before. There seem to be a lot of threads involved with the changes happening to Manchester tendered routes!

The 173 was a MCT tender which they used them horrid bread vans on, but Bluebird won the tender off them roughly a year (maybe slightly longer) ago, and Bluebird have operated it ever since. No doubt it will eventually move to ST depot.

The 96 was until last week operated by Maytree travel of Bolton who suddenly ceased trading. All their tenders have been given to other operators on an emergency basis. As the 96 is a green bus tender it comes with a Hybrid Solo so this has gone to Stagecoach in the last few days. This Solo and several others are operated by Stagecoach's Middleton depot (former Bluebird base), so already it's earning it's keep.

Many thanks for the update. I had missed the change on the 173 - seems a lot less than a year since I saw one of those 'bread-vans' in Stockpoprt.

The White buses belong to Manchester Community Transport, who took over these routes on Sunday 7th April.

I went on one on the 308 this morning.The seats were much more comfortable than Stagecoach seats, one of which I sat on during my trip on 19464 a bit later.

I must say that since the Hybrids entered service onto 192, the 196-- MAN Enviro 400s have been displaced off the route and can obviously be found on virtually any other route Stockport Depot operate now although their new allocated route seems to be 23/A with about 4 or more noticed on the route when I was at Trafford Center the other day, other routes they can be found on regular include 383/384 Marple/Romiley Circular service

And the Wilmslow 378's. 19623 was on the 313 on Monday throughout the day.

Seen 22055 Doing the 183 Limeside-Oldham-Hospital grounds today, Is this a transfer or a loan?

Has anyone also seen 19068/80 around as I havent seen them both for nearly 2 months

Cheers for that Mayneway, 47622 has gone back to Stockport too after the loss of Stagecoach's operation on the 390 Glossop route. therefore just leaving only 1 required solo for the 342/344 and maybe the 183

Another repaint is former Bluebird MPD OO06BLU which is now in the same livery as other Darts in the Stagecoach fleet rather than the revised livery
