I had 2249 on the 715 from Bolton to Wigan today - the lights on the side of the bus (not the driver's side) kept going on and off altogether randomly, so it seems like there's still some form of electrical fault going on on the bus lol! :P

I also had that complete shed on the 715 yesterday - how it made it up those hills is beyond me as the bus was so sluggish! Internally, it was very vandalised. Managed to photograph it in Wigan, anyway:

I could make a change to ride a Volvo B5LH on one of these routes. In practice I reckon on finding it simpler to ride one on route 10 as I can combine this with Metrolink extensions for example. I last went to Bolton and Wigan in Nov 12 and Feb 13 respectively, and don't feel drawn back to the area yet, not even with the Maytree collapse.

its up to yourself mate, the 715 is a great route and i enjoy getting a hybrid on there

speaking of hybrids 4493 has returned from thomas hardie after having work done to its battery apparently

Can anyone confirm the loor floor DAF Decker allocation here? I've got based on sightings and reports. Not seen 4016/7/20 though from WY so not sure if they are at Bolton.

Not sure about that one as I seen it working out of Bootle depot no more than one week ago.

Think I read on FB that it was due to leave for Bolton this week. Again unconfirmed.
