1K08 1809 Crewe - Derby (1928)

Please Note these Workings don't start till 15:00 as the line doesn't start running ill late-afternoon due to Signal Box Opening Times"
37405 and 37423 are the most likley to be running them.

I'll have to get down there and treat myself to a ride onboard one of the workings.

156401 on the rear of 1437 Picc-Lime St. Have their diagrams changed? More 156s appearing?

401 was paired with a 158. Saw 410 working Solo towards Liverpool on Friday evening , also saw another uid EMT 156 going into Picc main platforms on Saturday evening. Apparently also 158s appearing on 156 diags in the East Mids area...

Just temporary unavailability of 158s (exams, failures etc), so units are being stepped up. 156s on some Liverpool jobs, nicked from the Matlock and Crewe services, (replaced by 153s in the peak!)

1K23 1742 Derby to Crewe is formed of 1 instead of 2

1K26 1907 Crewe to Derby is formed of 1 instead of 2

2A54 1718 Nottingham to Matlock is formed of 1 coach instead of 2

2A63 1836 Matlock to Nottingham is formed of 1 coach instead of 2

Travel is glamorous only in retrospect.
