hi, all I don't know if u know the arriva VDL is got new livery gold and notice on 352 to st helens at wigan bus station at near 13.55pm, the fleetnumber is 3047 (MX10 ***) today this afternoon, Anyone saw it? Hi Martyn 3047's been in gold for the past few months, and it does look quite smart. By the sounds of things it might be making the 352 its home (it was on there on Monday as well), as I've not seen it on the 10s for a while. Another thing to note with 3047 is around the driver's door the floor is red, marking out a 'Do not stand here' zone. This appears to be a new thing with Arriva buses as I've noticed the Milton Keynes StreetLites have this too. _______________ Formerly MX59 JZJ |

I caught 4207 on 33's this afternoon (1459 from St Helens towards Sutton Heath, 1430 ex Widnes) - have to say very impressed and I am even more of the belief that it is wasted on its normal School duties. |

2496 also has the new floor markings, I don't think it sits quite right against the black flooring personally. On 2496 it's also poorly fitted leading to a rattly wheelchair ramp. ![[Image: 1chYP.jpg]](http://i.imgur.com/1chYP.jpg)

The idle vibrations and constant squeaking along with the loud engine didn't combine well at all. I do agree that it'd be better-suited elsewhere, though - possibly on the 10s or 395s. Repainted 2272 was on the 34/34A yesterday - not sure if this has been reported in service here yet or not. View my new Flickr  Updated!

I reported 2272 on 329's on 10th Feb, so it has been with us for a while. Coming through St Helens this morning I noticed the following: 7634 on 31's A Gemini on 33's (same duty as 4207 yesterday). 3047 back on 10A's after a spell on 352's. |
