Yorkshire Tiger
Yorkshire Tiger is the new name for the ex-Centrebus Holdings services in West Yorkshire. The new brand launches tomorrow (8 October). This will see all Centrebus and Huddersfield Bus services in West Yorkshire be re-branded as Yorkshire Tiger. K-Line does appear to be included in the timetables and map but may remain unchanged. Their Twitter page have included a couple of sneak preview shots too: http://yorkshiretiger.co.uk/ https://twitter.com/yorkstigerbus |

RE: Yorkshire Tiger
I have seen on the West Yorkshire bus thread that K-Line is to retain its name. This means that Arriva will serve Huddersfield with 3 trading names! They will keep their Arriva name on traditional routes like the 229, use Yorkshire Tiger on routes like the 80 (ex Yorkshire Traction) and K-Line on route 366 for example. |

RE: Yorkshire Tiger
Good read. What exactly has the DDA compliance conversion meant for the two Marshalls in terms of modifications? |

RE: Yorkshire Tiger
Would imagine (just guessing) that it'll be little things, e.g. height and position of grab rails Size of wheelchair bay and backrest Possibly the aisle width which may have required some modification to the wheelarch trim. It should be very minor things as the Capital design remained in production without major modification post-DDA regs. It won't have been much work, and then the vehicles just need presenting for certification. |

Martijn Gilbert the Business Director of Yorkshire Tiger has very kindly supplied me with some photos of the exterior of Capital bodied Dart SLF V652 DVU (552) now that it has received its vinyls.
