There appear to be some new destinations on the site, but no availability as of yet. These include Bangor, Holyhead & London, which I suspect may be rail journeys (via the 49% stake Stagecoach have with Virgin trains). However, Manchester also appears as a destination. Does anyone know whether Stagecoach are thinking of using Chester depot as a base for a megabus service any time soon?

There are ongoing talks over Megabus and the Chester Depot

The latest edition of the local paper in Chester carries an advert for Stagecoach services. It also mentions a fare revision that will become effective in early May 2014.

There will be a new Chester area day ticket priced at £2.80 which will run alongside the existing products. The Chester & Ellesmere Port area passes are increased in price by 10p & 50p for day/weekly tickets respectively & fares for the Megarider Plus area are being frozen at current levels.

A child version of the megarider pass will also be introduced at the same time.

Rumours are that this is the last week for Chester's 52405 training vehicle before being sent for scrap. It looks like 28540 or 28541 could be replacing it.

Probably a substitute for the Bluebirds as a few have been in Chester depot this week having work being carried out on them.

Yeah it was parked at the depot this evening, so will probably see use here tomorrow as well.
