The step boards on the 319's are the same as a 150, not large like the 507's and 508's. 322's used to travel up and down the WCML everyday without an issue and they are basically the same bodyshell. SD. |

I have just read in Todays Railway Uk that the DfT have asked Northern Rail to introduce evening peak ticket restrictions between 16.00 and 18.00 , isnt this going backwards not forwards . This is a way to try and stifle demand , basically because there is no more diesel multiple units available to increase train lengths. This looks highly likely to be introduced in September. |
