I can confirm that 4141 is NOT at Rhyl. I've been in all week and there has been no mention of 4141 coming to Rhyl. We still have 5 DB250's in service (including 4030) and in total 6 spare buses.

No, it's only temporary. Originally it was 908 on loan, however that came in off a 12 service as it had a fault, while it was being fixed 2632 came in to Rhyl off service 13 and took 908 instead, and 2632 ended up staying. It will be going back Tuesday maybe Wednesday.

According to the New Conwy CC timetable Service 12 is changing on the 7/7/2014 with buses operating every 10 minutes
Quote:with new double decker buses

Buses which operate via Penrhynside during the evening and on Sundays will be renumbered 12B for clarification.

This means that 7th July will be the date for the new Sapphire Service 12

it will be intresting to see wheather that it will be sapphire 12 branding on the bus or sapphire 12/12B branding on the side

The branding will be just 12.

Know in Arriva they will put 12 as normal and 12B in a slightly different color and add 'Penrhynside' to the branding also in a slightly different color, which to me is personally is a good idea Smile

There is a possibility that the branding will just be 'Coastliner' and have no mention of 12 at all.

Seems a bit silly to me to have Sapphire and Cymru Coastliner on the same vehicle? as they are technically two different things if they branded it sapphire and put Cymru Coastliner under the rear side windows that i suppose is alright....but with it being Sapphire the vehicle will have to state Sapphire and its route...
