RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Rhyl Depot
Wouldn't Rhyl use the CX prefix?

I would expect Wrexham and indeed all AW vehicles to be CX.

That's a good point - but it does make sense to have "DK" registrations instead of "CX" because Arriva Buses Wales have a depot in Chester

CX is Bangor though isn't it? Where Arriva also have a depot.

I agree that it makes sense, but I thought the CX thing was originally a Welsh Assembly request. Maybe that is no longer the case.

Local plates were assigned to the regional DVLA offices which the vehicle is based. Since the closure of regional DVLA offices most buses are now registered at the Factory

Its a reasonable debate/discussion and you've commented with such a contradicting comment if it does not matter to you do you actually need to and why comment on the debate/discussion?

bus401s is reasonable. To me it does not matter either. I cannot understand why 4556-74 received welsh registrations when the company is based in Liverpool as are the buses at Speke Depot.
All time rail mileage travelled 327264 miles
