This morning Blue and Cream livery (school bus) M168GRY just left Chester about 11.15am heading to route 82 to Northwich, look like short buses. Same as last Friday NC bodies blue and cream livery heading to Northwich. |

Also funny to see YR14 HLU with a standing load heading for Wrexham just outside Bala at around 6 o'clock, then the next Wrexham bound journey to be a decker with only 2 people on the top deck!!! |

The GHA services on the 130 route on Saturdays will be: 06:15 Macclesfield to Wilmslow 06:45 Macclesfield to Wilmslow 18:45 Wilmslow to Macclesfield 19:15 Wilmslow to Macclesfield Nothing's appearing for weekdays despite Cheshire East council saying GHA are introducing Monday-Saturday services on the 130 route. |

These timings will be positioning journeys to avoid dead mileage to/from the depot - probably for the 88 and/or 200 services, both of which pass through Wilmslow |

And as I posted a while back they'll also be 27X services which will also be positional moves for the 88 services. The 88 changes from 1st September are available on Traveline. It seems they've actually reduced the running time of some services opposed to increased them. For instance, the 07:10 from Altrincham arrives in Knutsford 5 minutes earlier. Something I find a bit strange is GHA will be running some morning route 38 services as positional moves between Macclesfield and Congleton only, given Arriva run the daytime services on the 38 route and GHA run a 39 service between Macclesfield and Congleton via Lyme Green. |

I suspect it's because the primary goal of the registrations is to get fuel rebate. The Secondary goal of perhaps picking up a passenger or 2 is far more likely on the 38 as it already has journeys in the early morning. |
