I've noticed they've registered themselves as directors without using their middle names which makes it more difficult for people to connect them with the failed G.H.A. Coaches Limited or The Vale of Llangollen Travel Limited (which HSBC have a debenture against.)

This is the same Wrexham council who've taken over a month to replace a single tendered bus service. Compare this with the response in (e.g.) Denbighshire or Cheshire East which had the vast majority (if not all) services replaced to a similar level of service ages ago.

It doesn't look like Stephen Byrce is involved with the new companies. According to his Linkedin profile he's working for a Shrewsbury based company which trades under a few different names which offers airport transfers for tourists going to Chamonix.

But at the end of the day its down to the directors to ensure there general manager is doing the job proper and that all out goings and bills are being paid correctly in which they should of picked up on , unless its there choice not to pay there debts.

What a disgrace Wrexham Council are for awarding them Contracts, After all the problems they have created.. Not to mention the fines GHA got for safety Equipment.

I've just seen the estimated value of contracts up for renewal in Cheshire East (which are almost all former GHA routes) is £6.6m over 5 years so GHA got the majority of Cheshire East's bus subsidy fund.

Also does anyone know why there's a Wilmslow to Altrincham route up for tender in addition the Knutsford to Altrincham via Wilmslow route?

Wrexham Council for you - go for the cheapest regardless. The Council haven't officially announced yet who is taking over the routes I noticed just a: "A further press statement providing timetable details and start dates will be provided as soon as these are available.”

The whole situation is completly pathetic and yet again makes a mockery of not only the bus industry but the tax system as well.

It's like a merry go round. They will start with a few rented buses, slowly build up contracts and work, grow and grow and then we have the same situation as with GHA all over again. This is one of the big issues with limited companies. Technically the debts are the companies debts not the directors, what's the guessing the TC sits back and does nothing.

Please say GHA directors havent actually set up again somewhere else? As if enough crap hadn't hit the fan, they want to set up again and ruin more employees lives. Disgrace!
