End of an era indeed. The 22 has operated between Eccles and Chorlton since before the second world war.

I suppose not many people travel through the Trafford Centre outside of rush-hour, but I wonder whether Stagecoach and First will continue accepting each other's weekly tickets on the new 2 & 25 services and whether they will continue to co-ordinate timetables?
