Surely they can't be far off losing their licence if they keep having all these issues. If it was as bad in Shrewsbury as people are saying, why have they been allowed a licence increase?

Ive been heard a few things into how but thats not for me to say over a public forum unfortunately .
As there new depot been registered and active now or is it still awaiting confirmation?
