The number was shortened to the 12x To give symbolance to the Stockbridge to Liverpool section of route and also as the 212 route hasn’t ran since it was partially replaced by the 11 (Liverpool to Prescot) and in turn 21 (Stockbridge to Prescot) roughly 2000/2001. It also fits on a 3 track roller blind system. |
