Had a brief look on Friday at what was out with the Formby/Sandhills closure.....Arriva doing the stopping service & Stagecoach doing the express service which called at Waterloo only....

Arriva 4565, 4571, 4502, 4517, 4509, 4576 (Freshfield standby)
Stagecoach 15589 http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/46460257964 , 15595, 15563, 15564 was on standby at Freshfield http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/46460258144 along with 18441 http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/46460257774 and in addition (as you'll see on the pic of 15564), Peoplesbus 0823 was also on standby at Freshfield

Was up the same way today but on a family day out, only thing noted was St Helen's 4620 on the Formby by pass with 'Rail Replacement' on the destination.....

The next closure is the line between Rock Ferry & Hooton from 2-22 March....presume Arriva & Stagecoach will feature once again....
