99% certain they won't do it on a big scale as they have SORN and delicenced buses with higher running costs to reduce running costs. Only the most reliable and fuel efficient buses are running. Why would you then revolve that?

There could be a few buses which revolve if something major like a crash or major engineering issue happens but it would be exceptional circumstances.
