Under normal circumstances there are actually people travelling between North West Cheshire and Wythenshawe at off-peak times as there's a family history centre in Wythenshawe which is popular with some of the older people in to family history. However, they might well be the people who are staying at home at the moment and might feel safer travelling by car even if they can go for free on the bus.
