Manchester City Centre buses Circa pre deregulation
RE: Manchester City Centre buses Circa pre deregulation
I've just brought a 1975 Lancashire United Transport timetable, mainly as it was the last ever timetable published as an independent company before LUT was sold to GMPTE the following year.

The 38 was a weird one, core service was 2 bph Westhaughton Southfield Drive-Manchester, hourly via Windgates between Westhaughton & Four Lane Ends, but hourly to Westhaughton Birch Avenue, hourly Hindley, 2 hourly Wigan

32 Wigan-Manchester was hourly Wigan-Worsley Court House, 2 hourly Wigan-Manchester, combining with the 39 for an hourly service Atherton-Manchester
