I do know Go Ahead London uses other 3rd party depots and other Go ahead bses as outstations for Rail Replacement with own buses with 0hr drivers.

Why would the hired out buses be using other Go Ahead Opco Operators Licence discs? They will have the disc for whatever company they are hired to. Whatever company is using that vehicle at that moment in time must have theyre own Ops disc in, otherwise the entire practice of ops discs is pointless......
