If they weren't taking the right fares that's an issue for them and TfGM, not for the customer who made the transaction. If it wasn't clear from the ticket what had been sold then it might be a card dispute would see the Selwyns payment reversed. Of course not everyone pays by card but after many people experienced difficulties getting refunds from airlines and some travel companies, after their holidays were cancelled due to COVID, the chargeback scheme is much better known now. |
