Which started out as driver shortages and now the excuse is lack of funding. It certainly can't be a driver shortage now as HTL would have been able to cover increased frequencies on those services from Monday with their losses. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.
