I would think they would start their duties at Moorfields and take bus back and then the other bus does a late turn and returns after. I have buses in London travel 40miles to do a 6hr standby so even if it starts at Speke that is not big mileage. When I did controlling at Liverpool park way a few years ago. Bottle sent 2 buses for Standby every AM peak then they moved to Central for PM Peak.
