RE: Manchester bus franchising
TfGM ordered these buses a year ago, which is when the process of installing the charging equipment should have begun. Instead, TfGM decided to leave it until June of this year, three months before franchising starts, to submit the planning application for those works. That is woeful planning which Rotala cannot be blamed for whatsoever.
