I’d still argue though that for the 3x incoming Enviro 400 arrivals the 439* series would be a less ‘clunkier’ and sensible option

Just to clarify there are actually 14 Enviro400's moving from Thurmaston to Bootle, 10 64-plates and 4 16-plate MMC's.
4411, 4419, 4420, 4423-25, 27-34 all going to Thurmaston.
