There are actually two bids. The main bid is for 58 (52+6), to convert the 14, 17, 19, 20/21. The other is a fallback bid, 24 (21+3) for the 17, 19. Stagecoach has indicated they're prepared to fund the procurement themselves, but LCR are reluctant as they want to control the specification and own the buses from the outset.
